Phone numbers on the outside of boxes

From: Sissy n CR (cr@sc.rr.com) | Date: 2004-01-13 12:45:15 UTC
In the "Getting Started" section of LB.org, it is mentioned to put
your name and phone number on the outside of your box.

I'm curious just how many people have done this and has it EVER
caused any problems.

It's not ever caused a problem for us, but I'm curious about the
experiences of others.

Thanks!

Of course, this is assuming that one actually *has* a phone number.
Since I don't, I'm off the hook. ;o)

I usually put my name, email, phone and snail mail address (a PO Box)
on the inside of the box. The outside usually only has the box name
on it. So far, I have only received one call from a finder of my
boxes. That was a reporter writting an article about letterboxing.
